International Sales Specialist – Flexible Hours (İzmir, Türkiye)

Olizzi provides superfoods to people who care about what they eat. We started with the ultimate superfood, extra virgin olive oil, and today we operate in the USA, UAE, and Türkiye with a growing presence worldwide.

We’re looking for a dynamic International Sales Specialist to help us expand our global footprint, with a focus on the USA, and other key export markets.

Location: İzmir, Türkiye (flexible & hybrid possible)
Hours: Flexible – must be available to work in US time zones when needed

What You’ll Do

  • Manage online marketplace growth (Amazon, Shopify, and others). Day-to-day follow-up with marketplace growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate marketing and media content for assigned markets.
  • Drive new customer acquisition through calls, outreach emails, and meetings in target countries (USA, Japan, South Korea, UAE, ASEAN).
  • Support account management with retail partners.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent English (spoken & written).
  • Someone who treats projects like their own and follows through.
  • Strong teamwork & coordination skills.
  • A creative, out-of-the-box problem solver.
  • Open to working flexible hours, including US time when required.
  • Sales/export background is a big plus.
  • Marketplace management (Amazon/Shopify) experience preferred.
  • Digital marketing knowledge (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads) is a bonus.
