Position OverviewThe Client Care Coordinator is a vital role within our non-medical home care agency, serving as the primary connection between families in need and our care services. This position requires a compassionate, confident, and sales-oriented professional who can meet with families in their homes or healthcare settings, explain services clearly, build trust, and convert inquiries into active clients.Home Care Sales / Marketing RepresentativeKey ResponsibilitiesClient Intake &amp; In-Home Visits<ul><li>Meet with prospective clients and family members in their homes, hospitals, or rehabilitation facilities</li><li>Present non-medical home care services in a clear, professional, and compassionate manner</li><li>Serve as a trusted resource for families during the decision-making process</li><li>Discuss services, schedules, and pricing confidently and ethically</li><li>Convert inquiries and referrals into active clients</li><li>Follow up consistently with prospects to close services</li><li>Meet or exceed monthly sales and intake goals</li><li>Obtain signed service agreements and initiate care services</li><li>Follow up after visits to answer questions and close pending cases</li><li>Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, case managers, social workers, rehab centers, and community organizations</li><li>Conduct outreach visits, presentations, and networking activities</li><li>Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, and professional meetings</li><li>Identify new marketing and referral opportunities within the community</li></ul>Care Coordination &amp; Communication<ul><li>Communicate effectively with caregivers, Registered Nurse (RN), and management</li><li>Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and families to ensure satisfaction</li><li>Address concerns professionally and ensure a positive client experience</li></ul>Marketing, Networking &amp; Outreach<ul><li>Build strong relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, case managers, social workers, and community organizations.</li><li>Participate in community events, outreach activities, and networking opportunities</li><li>Represent the agency professionally in the community</li><li>Identify opportunities to increase referrals and client engagement</li></ul>Relationship Management<ul><li>Build trust and long-term relationships with clients, families, and referral partners</li><li>Serve as a knowledgeable resource regarding home care services</li><li>Communicate regularly with internal staff to ensure smooth service start-ups</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Fluent in English (verbal and written) &ndash; REQUIRED</li><li>Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients and families</li><li>Sales experience with a consultative, relationship-based approach</li><li>Comfortable conducting in-home visits and handling sensitive conversations</li><li>Strong phone skills, including follow-ups and outbound calls</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet intake/sales goals</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation</li><li>Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in non-medical home care, healthcare, senior services, hospice, or related fields</li><li>Background in sales, intake coordination, client relations, or community outreach</li><li>Knowledge of local community resources and referral networks</li><li>Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or chronic conditions</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits (Customize as needed)<ul><li>Competitive base pay + performance-based commissions</li><li>Mileage reimbursement</li><li>Flexible scheduling</li><li>Growth and advancement opportunities</li><li>Supportive, mission-driven work environment</li></ul>Why Join Our Team?<ul><li>Make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and families</li><li>Combine compassion with sales and relationship-building</li><li>Work closely with leadership and clinical staff</li><li>Play a key role in growing a trusted home care agency within the community</li></ul>Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Uniform allowance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Sales in Services: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Spanish (Preferred)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Lorton, VA 22079 (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
