Job Summary – Registered Nurse (Future Hire)
Nova Home Care Agency is an upcoming non-medical home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to seniors and individuals in need of daily living assistance. We are currently in the marketing and business development stage and preparing to officially launch services soon.

At this time, we are seeking to connect with qualified and passionate Registered Nurses (RNs) who are interested in future employment opportunities with our agency. This position will become active once client care cases are secured and services begin.

Position Details:

• Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
• Pay Rate: $60–$65 per hour
• Type: Future hire (on-call or part-time upon client acquisition)
• Location: Lorton, Alexandria, VA
• Start Date: To be determined (once client services begin)

About You:
We are looking for RNs who are dedicated, reliable, and enthusiastic about helping launch a new home care agency from the ground up. You will play a key role in client assessments, care planning, and ensuring quality standards are met once services commence.
