Join Nova Motors as a freelance sales representative and earn commissions by connecting clients across the GCC with premium imported vehicles.This is a 100% commission-based position, ideal for ambitious individuals who want flexibility, independence, and high earning potential.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Identify and approach potential clients (individual buyers and car showrooms) across the GCC interested in importing vehicles.</li><li>Present and promote Nova Motors&rsquo; car import services clearly and professionally.</li><li>Generate leads through social media, referrals, and personal networks.</li><li>Guide clients through the process (Nova handles logistics, inspection, and shipping).</li><li>Negotiate and close deals remotely via WhatsApp, calls, or in person.</li><li>Maintain regular communication with clients and report updates to Nova&rsquo;s operations team.</li></ul>Your Rewards<ul><li>Commission per closed deal, with higher commissions for B2B (dealers and showrooms) than for B2C clients.</li><li>No cap on earnings &mdash; the more deals you close, the more you earn.</li><li>Flexible working hours and full autonomy over your sales strategy.</li><li>Opportunity for full-time hiring upon achieving sales targets.</li><li>Annual performance bonus for meeting or exceeding targets.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>Based in the GCC (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, or Oman).</li><li>Fluent in English (required); Arabic is preferred.</li><li>Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated with strong communication skills.</li><li>Experienced in sales is a must (any field); experience with high-ticket or automotive sales is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of social media advertising and online lead generation is a strong advantage.</li><li>Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, and online platforms for outreach and client communication.
