Global Automotive Sales Partner / Independent Broker (Commission-Based)

The Opportunity

Nova Motors is seeking high-caliber professionals to join our Global Partner Network. This role is designed for individuals who possess a deep understanding of the automotive market and prefer a high-autonomy, high-reward environment over a traditional office structure.

We provide the global sourcing infrastructure, a diverse international inventory, and full logistics support, you provide the market expertise and client relationships.

About Nova Motors

Nova Motors is a Saudi-founded automotive sourcing and brokerage brand with a global operational footprint. While our roots are firmly in the GCC, we operate as a fully digital, decentralized platform.

We manage the entire international supply chain, from vehicle sourcing and technical inspections to shipping, customs, and final delivery, providing clients with a premium, transparent import experience. We are currently expanding our network of independent partners to meet increasing demand in the Middle East and globally.

The Role

This is an independent partnership role. You will act as a strategic bridge between our global inventory and high-value buyers (B2C) or dealerships (B2B).

  • Independence: No micromanagement or fixed hours. You manage your own desk, lead generation, and sales strategy.
  • Global Access: You will have direct access to our Global Inventory sourced from primary hubs in the United States, Europe, Asia, and beyond.
  • Infrastructure Support: Our operations team handles the "heavy lifting," including global logistics, paperwork, and technical inspections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Development: Identify and engage individual buyers and car dealerships interested in importing premium vehicles.
  • Advisory Sales: Act as a consultant for clients, utilizing Nova Motors’ global inventory to meet their specific vehicle requirements.
  • Relationship Management: Manage the sales cycle from initial inquiry to deal closing via WhatsApp, phone, or digital meetings.
  • Coordination: Liaise with the Nova Motors operations department for real-time inventory availability and logistics updates.

Compensation (Performance-Based)

This is a 100% commission-based partnership. We provide a transparent framework that allows our partners to maximize their earning potential on every transaction.

  • B2C (Individual Clients): Estimated earnings of AED 2,000 – 6,000+ per completed transaction.
  • B2B (Dealers / Showrooms): Estimated earnings of AED 5,000 – 10,000+ per vehicle transaction.
  • Uncapped Potential: The values above are estimates only. Your actual earnings are based on your negotiation skills and deal size. There is no ceiling on your profit; those with superior sales skills can achieve significantly higher margins.

Note: There are no base salaries or fixed stipends. This is a business-to-business style partnership designed for those who want to be rewarded directly for their performance.

Requirements

  • Automotive Focus: This role is suitable for professionals who are established in or have a strong background in the automotive industry.
  • Location Flexibility: While we have a strong presence in the GCC, we welcome applications from professionals worldwide. Whether you are based in the UAE or operating internationally, if you have the network to move vehicles, we want to hear from you.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: You must be comfortable working as an independent contractor and managing your own pipeline.
  • Communication: High-level negotiation skills. Fluency in English is required (Arabic or other languages are a significant advantage).
