We value the ability to ask the right questions, listen carefully, understand client motivation, and build long-term relationships based on honesty and transparency.RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Organize property viewings and presentations;</li><li>Conduct negotiations at a high professional level;</li><li>Manage transactions and control all legal and financial aspects;</li><li>Use CRM systems and analytical tools to work efficiently;</li><li>Work with investors who value expertise and transparency.</li></ul>You are not just a broker &mdash; you are a partner for clients, creating results and trust.REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Proven experience as a real estate broker in Dubai and strong knowledge of the local market;</li><li>Fluent English;</li><li>Empathy, strong listening skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships;</li><li>A strong results-driven mindset;</li><li>Presentable appearance and a high level of business communication;</li><li>Initiative and responsibility for the success of each deal;</li><li>Structured thinking, attention to detail, and experience working with investment clients.</li></ul>WHAT WE OFFER:<ul><li>Flexible working hours;</li><li>Commission from 80% per deal and team performance bonuses &mdash; the salary indicated in the vacancy is not a fixed salary but an average commission level;</li><li>Marketing support and CRM systems;</li><li>Provision of the necessary equipment;</li><li>Luxury-level client service and a personal driver for viewings and transactions;</li><li>Full company support: residence visa, RERA broker card, Emirates ID;</li><li>Career growth opportunities.</li></ul>We are not looking for &ldquo;just any broker.&rdquo; We are looking for someone ready to grow, work for results, and build a career in a premium environment.
