We are looking for an experienced broker in Dubai who is confident in client communication and capable of closing deals successfully.

In this role, you will manage clients throughout all stages of the transaction — from initial communication and accurate needs qualification to deal preparation and closing. We value the ability to ask the right questions, listen carefully, understand client motivation, and build long-term relationships based on honesty and transparency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organize property viewings and presentations;
• Conduct negotiations at a high professional level;
• Manage transactions and control all legal and financial aspects;
• Use CRM systems and analytical tools to work efficiently;
• Work with investors who value expertise and transparency.

You are not just a broker — you are a partner for clients, creating results and trust.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a real estate broker in Dubai and strong knowledge of the local market;
• Fluent English;
• Empathy, strong listening skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships;
• A strong results-driven mindset;
• Presentable appearance and a high level of business communication;
• Initiative and responsibility for the success of each deal;
• Structured thinking, attention to detail, and experience working with investment clients.
