Broker Relationship Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Broker Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with real estate brokers and channel partners in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong developer-side experience, an excellent broker network, and proven ability to drive sales through channel partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with real estate brokers and channel partners.
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the developer and brokerage firms.
  • Conduct broker meetings, presentations, and project briefings.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, deal closures, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Track performance, generate reports, and analyze channel sales data.
  • Support brokers with training, inventory updates, and marketing material.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience (Developer side mandatory).
  • Strong network of active brokers & channel partners in Dubai.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong closing abilities.
  • Good understanding of the Dubai property market, RERA regulations, and sales processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Immediate joiners or maximum 15 days notice preferred.
  • Multilingual candidates will be an added advantage.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
