Hiring for the Real Estate Sales Team Manager role for our company, which is a leading and growing real estate company based in the UAE.

Location: Dubai

Experience: At least 3 years in handling a team.

Attractive Salary + Attractive commission.

MUST HAVE:

Experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or Team leader in UAE- MUST

Only immediate joiners

Responsibilities will include:

• Oversee and direct a team of sales representatives (off plan and primary). Supervise and guide the sales team to finalize sales and interact with their clients efficiently. Attend client meetings with team members.
• Offer advice and support to sellers and buyers in promoting and acquiring property at the appropriate price under the most favorable conditions.
• Decide on the project presentation for the clients. Overseeing tasks related to negotiating and concluding agreements. Addressing client objections, issues, and questions seamlessly.
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and associated issues, ensuring equitable and transparent transactions.
• Conduct comparative market assessment to determine the value of properties.
• Exhibit and promote real estate to potential purchasers.
• Compile required documentation (agreements, titles, final statements, etc.)
• Keep and refresh listings of available properties.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Manager in off-plan and primary sales in UAE- Must
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in handling a team.
• Proven track of successful sales record.
• Ability to work independently, combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy.
• MS Office familiarity.
• Real estate agent’s or broker’s license is a plus
