Role Overview

We are seeking an Investment Real Estate Sales Agent to support clients in identifying, evaluating, and securing property investments across Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to communicate investment value clearly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on property investment opportunities, market trends, and potential returns
  • Promote and sell residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closing processes
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, property owners, and developers
  • Manage leads, maintain an active sales pipeline, and follow up consistently
  • Prepare investment presentations, financial comparisons, and property reports
  • Stay updated on market performance, new developments, and regulatory changes
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment principles and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Professional appearance and strong client-service orientation
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
  • RERA certification is an advantage
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
