As our international client base continues to grow, we are seeking a Mandarin‑speaking Real Estate Sales Advisor to support our Chinese‑speaking investors and buyers.

Role Overview

The Mandarin Real Estate Sales Advisor will be responsible for assisting Chinese‑speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and transactions. This role requires excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English, strong sales capabilities, and a professional approach to client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Mandarin‑speaking clients with property sales, inquiries, and investment opportunities
  • Conduct property viewings and consultations in Mandarin and English
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese investors and buyers
  • Provide accurate information on market trends, pricing, and community developments
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes
  • Prepare and present property proposals, offers, and relevant documentation
  • Maintain an active pipeline of clients and follow up consistently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing, listings, and lead management
  • Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and company policies

Requirements

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and a client‑focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market is an advantage
