We are expanding our elite team and seeking a motivated, knowledgeable, and client‑focused Real Estate Sales / Investment Specialist to join our Abu Dhabi office.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on property sales, acquisitions, and investment opportunities across Abu Dhabi’s real estate market.
• Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and relationship building.
• Conduct property viewings, market analysis, and investment presentations.
• Maintain an in‑depth understanding of market trends, developer offerings, and upcoming projects.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry to closing.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio, ensuring long‑term relationships and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and high service standards.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or investment advisory (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s property market and investment landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑driven, ambitious, and comfortable working in a performance‑based environment.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities with professionalism.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, etc.) are a plus.
