Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and polished Luxury Property Advisor to join our elite team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the expectations of affluent clients, excels in relationship‑building, and can confidently present premium properties across Abu Dhabi’s most prestigious communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients and investors
• Conduct private viewings, tailored presentations, and high‑level negotiations
• Advise clients on luxury market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
• Maintain expert knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s premium communities and exclusive developments
• Build long‑term relationships through exceptional service and personalized communication
• Collaborate with developers, marketing teams, and admin support to enhance the client journey
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury real estate sales (UAE experience strongly preferred)
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client‑management skills
• Professional appearance and a refined, client‑focused approach
• Strong understanding of premium property features, lifestyle offerings, and investment value
• Ability to work independently and handle high‑value transactions with discretion
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
