Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent who is fluent in Ukrainian and English. The ideal candidate will be capable of building strong relationships with Ukrainian‑speaking clients, guiding them through the Abu Dhabi property market, and managing the full sales cycle with professionalism and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and manage a pipeline of Ukrainian‑speaking clients
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
• Advise clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Build long‑term client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
• Stay updated on real estate regulations, new developments, and market conditions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient transactions

Requirements

• Fluency in Ukrainian and English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• Additional languages are an advantage
