Job Responsibilities:

• Design marketing materials including flyers, posters, signage, and online ads
• Create engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Develop branding elements for new real estate projects (logos, color schemes, visual identity)
• Edit and retouch property photos as needed
• Design presentations, pitch decks, and reports for sales and client meetings
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns
• Ensure all designs align with brand identity and guidelines
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
• Knowledge of real estate marketing is a plus
• Good understanding of design principles, typography, and layout
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Basic knowledge of video editing is a bonus (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work under pressure.
