Role Overview

The Real Estate Negotiation Specialist will focus on managing high‑value negotiations, resolving objections, and ensuring smooth, successful transactions between buyers, sellers, and developers. This role is ideal for professionals with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to navigate fast‑paced, high‑stakes real estate environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead negotiations between buyers, sellers, and developers to secure favorable terms for all parties.
  • Analyze client needs, market conditions, and property values to support negotiation strategies.
  • Handle objections, resolve conflicts, and guide clients toward informed decisions.
  • Support agents and consultants during complex deal stages, including pricing discussions and contract terms.
  • Conduct property presentations, meetings, and follow‑ups to maintain deal momentum.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, listings, marketing, admin) to streamline the transaction process.
  • Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate regulations, market trends, and competitive offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or negotiation‑focused roles.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market is an advantage.
  • Professional appearance and a client‑centric approach.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
