We are seeking an experienced and polished Luxury Property Specialist to join our elite team and represent some of the most prestigious properties in the capital.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent luxury buyers and sellers across Abu Dhabi’s high‑end property market.
• Provide tailored consultations, property tours, and investment guidance to affluent clients.
• Maintain deep knowledge of luxury communities, premium developments, and exclusive project launches.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and investors.
• Conduct negotiations with professionalism and discretion to close high‑value transactions.
• Generate leads through networking, events, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
• Deliver exceptional client service aligned with luxury market expectations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury real estate sales (UAE experience strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s premium property market.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Professional appearance, polished demeanor, and a client‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a performance‑driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, Chinese, etc.) are an advantage.
