We are expanding our international client portfolio and are seeking a motivated, Chinese‑speaking Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate in promoting and selling properties to Chinese‑speaking clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and property owners.
• Provide expert guidance on Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, investment opportunities, and property regulations.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
• Manage leads, follow up promptly, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, listings, admin) to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and competitive offerings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory; strong English communication skills required.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker/Agent (UAE experience preferred but not required).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate laws and market trends is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Professional appearance and customer‑focused mindset.
