Role Overview

The English‑Speaking Real Estate Agent will support clients throughout their property search, investment, or leasing journey in Abu Dhabi. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong market awareness, and the ability to deliver a professional and seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist English‑speaking clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties across Abu Dhabi.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism and accuracy.
• Provide clients with up‑to‑date market insights, community knowledge, and investment guidance.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
• Manage leads effectively using CRM tools and follow up consistently.
• Collaborate with developers, landlords, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Stay informed about new project launches, market trends, and regulatory updates.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales or leasing targets.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in real estate sales or customer‑facing roles (UAE real estate experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a client‑focused approach.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and target‑driven.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Additional languages such as Arabic, French, Russian, or Mandarin are a plus.
