Job Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking an experienced and multilingual Realtor to support our growing portfolio of international clients, with a strong focus on Chinese‑speaking investors and buyers. The ideal candidate is confident, market‑savvy, and able to deliver exceptional service to clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales and leasing process for international clients, including lead qualification, property tours, negotiations, and closing
• Provide tailored guidance to Chinese‑speaking clients on Abu Dhabi real estate opportunities, market trends, and investment strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas buyers, investors, and referral partners
• Prepare and present property listings, investment proposals, and market reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and high‑quality client service
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, developers, and off‑plan projects
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of real estate experience in the UAE (Abu Dhabi preferred)
• Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese speaker (written and spoken)
• Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus
• Proven track record in sales, leasing, or investment advisory
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client‑relationship skills
• Ability to work with international clients and understand cultural nuances
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
• Real estate certification (ADREC/RERA) is an advantage
