We are expanding our global team and looking for a dynamic, multilingual International Real Estate Agent who can confidently support clients from different countries and cultural backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist international clients with buying, selling, and investing in residential and off‑plan properties across Abu Dhabi.
• Conduct property viewings, virtual tours, and client consultations tailored to global buyers.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and follow‑up to negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and international partners.
• Provide expert advice on communities, pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Support clients with relocation needs, lifestyle guidance, and UAE market insights.
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate professionally at events, exhibitions, and international roadshows.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate or sales is preferred; motivated freshers with strong communication skills will also be considered.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Arabic, French, German, etc.) are a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a client‑centric approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Strong cultural awareness and ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
