Russian Real Estate Agent

Job Description:
We are looking for a professional Russian-speaking Real Estate Broker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting Russian clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Russian-speaking clients and understand their property needs.
• Present and promote available properties professionally.
• Arrange property viewings and follow up with clients.
• Negotiate deals and close transactions.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends and available inventory.
• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
• Previous real estate or sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work on targets and commission structure.
• Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is a plus.
