Real Estate Agent

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while providing excellent customer service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and build relationships with property owners and clients.
• List, market, and promote properties through various advertising platforms.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate rental and sales agreements.
• Assist clients with property searches based on their requirements.
• Prepare tenancy contracts, lease agreements, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, developers, and government authorities.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and real estate regulations.
• Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
