Real Estate Agent (commissions only)

About the Role

We are looking for ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. This is a commission-only position with no basic salary, offering unlimited earning potential for individuals who are passionate about sales and real estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and closing sales and leasing transactions. Commission-only real estate roles are common in the UAE market and typically offer uncapped earning opportunities based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, social media, and prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultations.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Negotiate offers and contracts to successfully close transactions.
• Maintain and update property listings on company portals and CRM systems.
• Follow up with leads and clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and new developments.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Previous sales or real estate experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE Driving License and own vehicle are preferred.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
