Junior Real Estate Agent

We are looking for a motivated and professional Junior Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling and leasing residential and commercial properties while providing excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct property viewings and site visits
• Generate leads and maintain client relationships
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms on behalf of clients
• Prepare listings, marketing materials, and property advertisements
• Stay updated on market trends and property laws
• Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of local real estate market
• Valid real estate license (if required)
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in UAE/GCC real estate market
• Own vehicle and valid driving license
