Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective tenants and property owners.
• Understand clients' leasing requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
• Market and promote residential and commercial properties available for lease.
• Arrange, coordinate, and conduct property viewings professionally.
• Negotiate lease agreements and facilitate successful deal closures.
• Follow up with clients throughout the leasing process to ensure excellent customer service.
• Achieve and exceed monthly leasing targets.
• Maintain accurate property listings, client databases, and transaction records.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the UAE real estate market, preferably in leasing.
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
