Leasing Agent ( Abu Dhabi Real Estate)

We are seeking a driven, proactive, and result-oriented Real Estate Leasing Agent to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. If you have a passion for real estate, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to close deals, we want to hear from you.

You will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting viewings, and guiding tenants through the leasing process from introduction to key handover.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of proven experience as a Leasing Agent specifically within the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
• Tools: Must possess your own reliable Laptop and Smartphone for daily operations, client communication, and listing management.
• Mobility: Must hold a valid UAE Driving License or have the confirmed ability to independently arrange reliable transportation to conduct prompt property viewings across Abu Dhabi.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required (Arabic or other languages are a major plus).
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Abu Dhabi tenancy laws, Tawtheeq processes, and major residential/commercial areas.

Responsibilities

• Source, list, and market available residential or commercial properties for lease.
• Respond to inbound leads promptly via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Coordinate and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions to achieve win-win outcomes for both landlords and tenants.
• Assist clients with documentation, including tenancy contracts, security deposits, and rental payments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and rental trends.
