Job Summary

Amlak One Real Estate is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales and leasing, strong market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, buyers, and tenants.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close property transactions.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients and property listings.
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
• Mentor and support junior real estate agents when required.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and prepare all transaction documentation.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Represent Amlak One Real Estate with professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE.
• Proven track record of successful property sales and leasing.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
