Key Responsibilities
- Assist international clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations
- Promote off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
- Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Provide clear guidance on pricing, ROI, payment plans, and market trends
- Conduct tailored presentations and community overviews in the client’s native language
- Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with cultural understanding and professionalism
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more key languages such as Russian, Mandarin Chinese, French, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, German, or others
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience in real estate sales or client‑facing roles is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust with international clients and high‑net‑worth individuals
- High level of motivation, discipline, and target‑driven mindset
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
