Leasing Property Advisor – Real Estate (Commission Base Only)

HLAND Real Estate LLC is looking for a motivated and results-driven Leasing Property Advisor to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing residential and commercial properties while providing exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and promote residential and commercial properties for lease.
• Handle client inquiries and conduct property viewings.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Negotiate leasing terms and close leasing deals.
• Maintain up-to-date listings and coordinate with the listing and marketing team.
• Follow up with leads provided by the company and generate new leasing opportunities.
• Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in UAE real estate leasing (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• A valid UAE driving license.
• Can speak and write other languages is an advantage.
