ANWA Properties is a growing real estate company specializing in residential leasing, property management, and holiday homes. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Leasing & Property Management Executive to join our team and support our expanding portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle leasing inquiries and conduct property viewings.
• Advertise properties on property portals and social media platforms.
• Assist in closing leasing transactions and preparing tenancy contracts.
• Conduct property inspections and prepare inspection reports.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including property handovers.
• Assist with rental valuations and market research.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with contractors.
• Liaise with third-party service providers including cleaners, maintenance companies, utility providers, and pest control contractors.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Assist with the management of holiday homes and residential properties.
• Ensure all property information, tenancy records, and CRM systems are updated accurately.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high professional standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Leasing, Property Management, Holiday Homes, or a related real estate role.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Must own a car.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate procedures is an advantage.
• Experience with property portals and CRM systems is preferred.
