Leasing Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Leasing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end leasing process, maximizing property occupancy, and delivering exceptional customer service to prospective and existing tenants.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting leasing targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Property Viewings & Marketing: Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants, highlighting features, amenities, and community benefits.
• Lead Management: Promptly respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).
• Negotiation & Closings: Negotiate lease terms, rental prices, and payment structures in alignment with company policies and market standards.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, issue, and manage lease agreements, Ejari registration, renewals, and cancellation paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants during the onboarding process, addressing queries and ensuring a smooth move-in experience.
• Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with UAE real estate market trends, competitor pricing, and demand fluctuations to recommend effective leasing strategies.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, viewings, and pipeline updates in the company CRM.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Leasing Executive or Real Estate Agent in the UAE.
• Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of UAE real estate laws, leasing procedures, and Ejari systems.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using real estate CRMs and major UAE property portals.
• Driving License: A valid UAE driving license and a personal vehicle are highly preferred/required for property viewings.
• Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Fluency in Arabic or other languages is a distinct advantage.
