Villa Leasing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Villa Leasing Executive to manage villa leasing activities, attract prospective tenants, and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong customer-service mindset, and the ability to achieve leasing targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and lease residential villas to prospective tenants.
• Conduct property viewings and present villa features effectively.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase occupancy rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and corporate customers.
• Handle leasing inquiries, negotiations, and tenancy agreements.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into tenants.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties and client information.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support leasing strategies.
• Ensure all leasing documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies.
• Achieve monthly and annual leasing targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate leasing, property management, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to generate leads and bring in new business.
• Customer-focused with a professional and confident approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
