Sales Manager - Lead off-plan project sales across major developers in Dubai. The role focuses on driving revenue from new launches and ongoing developments, managing relationships with top developers, and leading a high-performing team of off-plan property consultants.
Own project allocations, sales strategies, launch readiness, and end-to-end pipeline conversion, ensuring Artha Realty delivers consistent results across all major developer portfolios.
Developer & Project Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with major Dubai developers. Secure project allocations, negotiate commission structures, and maintain up-to-date knowledge on project inventory, payment plans, pricing updates and availability. Coordinate all project launch activities — training, briefing, prospecting campaigns, events, open houses, and project roadshows.
Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement the off-plan sales strategy to meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

Conduct frequent market research to identify high-demand projects, new launches, and competitive gaps.

Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, unit selection, reservations, booking forms, documentation, and payment plan verification.

Support agents on strategic negotiations and close high-value deals personally when required.
Team Leadership & Performance

Recruit, train and mentor a team of off-plan property consultants.

Build a strong team culture focused on agility, project mastery, and conversion excellence.

Set targets and KPIs; conduct regular performance evaluations and pipeline reviews.

Create a structured training program for all new launches, including product knowledge, sales scripts, objection handling and investment analysis.
Marketing & Lead Generation

Work closely with the marketing team to run project-focused campaigns, digital funnels, landing pages, and event-based lead generation.

Review lead quality, allocate leads effectively, and ensure timely follow-up by the team.

Coordinate with developers for co-branded marketing approvals, sales kits, and promotional content.
Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all sales activities adhere to RERA, DLD and developer-specific guidelines.

Maintain accurate CRM records, sales stages, and documentation for each deal.

Oversee reservation forms, token payments, KYC requirements and SPA coordination.
Customer Experience

Guarantee a smooth, transparent client journey from initial inquiry to handover.

Provide investment advisory, payment plan clarity and long-term ROI insights to buyers.

Manage escalations, documentation delays and special approvals professionally.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or related field.

5+ years of Dubai real estate sales experience with a minimum of 2 years leading off-plan teams.

Proven track record selling developer projects and closing high-volume off-plan launches.

Strong relationships with Dubai developers and experience in allocation negotiation.

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with project profitability, ROI calculations and payment plan structures.

CRM proficiency (PropSpace, Bitrix, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).

English fluency required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
