Property Consultant - Secondary Market (50% commision based role)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Dubai. The Property Consultant will manage a portfolio of properties, conduct viewings, and guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and leasing real estate. Daily tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, maintaining regular communication with clients, preparing property listings and marketing materials, and coordinating with developers and landlords. The role also involves providing market insights, advising clients on property values and investment opportunities, and ensuring all documentation and transactions comply with company policies and local regulations. The Property Consultant is expected to maintain accurate records in the CRM system, meet sales targets, and deliver a professional, client-centered service at all times.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with prior real estate experience in Dubai or the wider UAE market.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client relationships, and handle inquiries effectively.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including negotiation, lead conversion, and the ability to achieve or exceed performance targets.
• Candidates should possess good knowledge of local real estate regulations, property valuation concepts, and market trends in Dubai.
• Relevant qualifications such as a real estate certification, RERA license, or a diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic digital marketing practices is an asset.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages (such as Arabic) are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate with a diverse team, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
