About the Role:
We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our Dubai team.
This role is best suited for someone who is confident in sales, comfortable speaking with clients, proactive with follow-ups, and motivated to build strong relationships with buyers, investors, developers, and referral partners.
We are especially interested in someone who wants to grow their own personal brand alongside the company’s brand. This means being comfortable on camera, taking part in property videos, market updates, social media content, walkthroughs, interviews, and other client-facing marketing activities.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of real estate or sales experience, preferably in Dubai real estate. Off-plan experience is a strong advantage, but the most important qualities are confidence, discipline, communication skills, and the ability to sell.

Responsibilities:
· Generate, manage, and follow up with leads
· Speak with buyers and investors to understand their needs
· Present suitable Dubai off-plan and investment properties
· Explain projects, payment plans, ROI potential, and key benefits
· Arrange meetings, viewings, and developer presentations
· Build strong client, investor, and developer relationships
· Manage client follow-ups and sales pipeline updates
· Support clients from first enquiry to closing and handover
· Stay updated on Dubai market trends and new launches
· Take part in video content, social media, and company branding activities
Requirements
· Minimum 1 year of real estate or sales experience
· Dubai real estate experience preferred
· Off-plan sales experience is a strong advantage
· Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
· Confident with clients and able to close deals
· Comfortable being filmed and appearing in content
· Interested in building a personal brand in real estate
· Fluent English is mandatory
· Additional languages are a strong advantage
· Must be based in Dubai or willing to work full-time in Dubai
· Own car preferred, but not mandatory

· Salary and commission package depending on experience and candidate expectations
