Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales and leasing opportunities through networking and prospecting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
• Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable options
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions
• Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends
• Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Experience in Dubai real estate is mandatory
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory
• Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
