Property Consultant

This is a full-time role based in Dubai for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant should have 1 year or more experience and will be responsible for facilitating property buying, selling, and rental transactions, maintaining relationships with clients, advising on real estate investment opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Brokerage, Real Estate, and Real Property transactions
• Strong experience working with Western markets and clientele.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships
• Ability to identify investment opportunities and provide strategic real estate advice
• Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and relevant regulations
• RERA certification is preferred but not mandatory
• Proven experience in Customer Service and Sales
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Have a car and Drivers License
