Key Responsibilities

• Assist landlords in leasing residential and commercial properties
• Manage and follow up on leasing inquiries and leads
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Negotiate lease agreements and rental terms
• Achieve monthly leasing targets and performance goals
• Maintain accurate property and client records
• Stay informed about Abu Dhabi rental market trends and pricing

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate leasing or property rental is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to achieve targets and close leasing transactions
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
• UAE Driving License and own vehicle preferred
