Job Title: AccountantCompany: ANWA Properties Ltd Location: Dubai, UAERole OverviewANWA Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial records, transactions, and reporting within a fast-paced real estate environment. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry, with a solid understanding of property-related transactions, commissions, and financial processes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable</li><li>Recording and reconciling financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner</li><li>Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports</li><li>Handling commission calculations, payouts, and tracking for sales agents</li><li>Monitoring cash flow, expenses, and company budgets</li><li>Coordinating with sales and operations teams to verify property transactions and payments</li><li>Maintaining accurate records of invoices, contracts, and financial documentation</li><li>Assisting in VAT filings and ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations</li><li>Liaising with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders when required</li><li>Supporting payroll processing in coordination with HR (WPS, allowances, deductions, etc.)</li><li>Identifying discrepancies and resolving financial issues promptly</li><li>Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 1 year of accounting experience within the real estate industry (mandatory)</li><li>Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, commission structures, and property-related financial processes</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel</li><li>Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations and financial compliance</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working in a real estate brokerage or property development company in the UAE</li><li>Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Bitrix24) and financial tools (e.g., WPS, Wallstreet)</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Financial Accuracy &amp; Attention to Detail</li><li>Organization &amp; Time Management</li><li>Communication &amp; Coordination</li><li>Integrity &amp; Confidentiality</li><li>Problem Solving</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work with a growing international real estate firm (Dubai &amp; London)</li><li>Dynamic and fast-paced work environment</li><li>Career growth and development opportunities</li></ul>Pay: AED4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
