Role Overview

As a Real Estate Agent/Broker, you will:

• Generate and nurture leads
• Negotiate and close deals
• Manage property transactions
• Build long-term client relationships
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi market trends

Location: Abu Dhabi

Full-time Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and promote real estate properties to prospective clients
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, and property viewings
• Assist clients with property purchases, sales, and leasing transactions
• Provide accurate information on market trends, pricing, and property availability
• Negotiate offers and close deals in line with company policies
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Ensure all documentation and transactions comply with local regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales; real estate experience is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
• Ability to work on a commission-based structure
