Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and ambitious Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, conducting property viewings, and closing property sales and leasing transactions. This role is ideal for individuals with strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and social media.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, investors, and developers.
- Negotiate offers and contracts to successfully close transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new property developments.
- Follow up with prospects and clients to maximize conversion rates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
