We are seeking dynamic and globally minded International Real Estate Sales Agents to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in working with international buyers, investors, and high‑net‑worth individuals from multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with international clients and investors across multiple regions
• Conduct property presentations, virtual tours, and investment consultations for global buyers
• Promote premium, luxury, and off‑plan properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
• Build and manage a diverse portfolio of international clients, partners, and referral networks
• Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, payment plans, and Abu Dhabi market trends
• Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales processes
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate at international events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or international client services is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Russian, Mandarin Chinese, French, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, German, etc.) are a strong advantage
• Ability to build trust with international clients and high‑net‑worth individuals
• High level of motivation, discipline, and target‑driven mindset
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
