Role Overview

The Property Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales across Abu Dhabi’s dynamic real estate market. This role suits a motivated, target‑driven individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers through networking, referrals, and company‑provided leads.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Provide clients with expert guidance on market trends, investment opportunities, and property options.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with developers, landlords, and internal teams to ensure smooth sales transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and documentation in CRM systems.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate regulations, market developments, and new project launches.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and target‑oriented.
  • Familiarity with Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, etc.) are a plus.
