Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Tele Sales Consultant – Real Estate to promote ITW Properties’ real estate projects. The role involves making outbound calls, following up on leads, and converting inquiries into potential sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate projects
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing and digital platforms
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
• Provide accurate information regarding property details, pricing, and payment plans
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in telesales/inside sales (real estate experience preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Good understanding of the real estate market
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
