Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a proactive approach to client management, and the ability to close deals in a competitive and fast‑paced market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and manage a pipeline of prospective buyers and investors
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
• Advise clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
• Stay updated on real estate regulations, new developments, and market conditions
• Prepare accurate documentation, contracts, and reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient transactions

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
