Sales Agent (Real Estate)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales deals.
Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell real estate properties to potential clients
• Generate leads and follow up with prospects
• Understand clients’ needs and provide suitable property options
• Conduct property viewings and negotiations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Previous experience in real estate is required
• Must have a valid driving license
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Compensation:

• Attractive commission + basic salary
