Role Overview

This position focuses on guiding Mandarin‑speaking clients through buying, selling, and investing in Abu Dhabi’s residential and off‑plan property market. It requires excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to deliver a premium advisory experience across the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Advise Mandarin‑speaking and English‑speaking clients on purchasing, selling, and investing in residential and off‑plan properties.
• Conduct property viewings, virtual tours, and tailored consultations in Mandarin.
• Present community insights, pricing trends, payment plans, and investment opportunities clearly and accurately.
• Translate property information, documents, and communication between Mandarin and English when needed.
• Generate and manage leads, follow up consistently, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the full transaction process, including documentation and closing.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
• Stay updated on new launches, exclusive allocations, and market trends.
• Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and developer presentations.

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in real estate or sales is preferred; motivated freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and a client‑focused approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Cultural awareness and confidence working with Chinese‑speaking clients.
