Role Overview

The position focuses on supporting Turkish‑speaking buyers, sellers, and investors interested in Abu Dhabi’s residential and off‑plan property market. It requires strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle while delivering a premium client experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Turkish‑speaking and English‑speaking clients with buying, selling, and investing in residential and off‑plan properties.
• Conduct property viewings, virtual tours, and tailored consultations for Turkish‑speaking clients.
• Present community insights, pricing trends, and investment opportunities clearly and confidently.
• Translate property information and communication between Turkish and English when needed.
• Generate and manage leads, follow up consistently, and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the full transaction process, including documentation and closing.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
• Stay informed on new launches, market shifts, and developer offerings.
• Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements

• Fluency in Turkish and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in real estate or sales is preferred; motivated freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and a client‑focused approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Cultural awareness and confidence working with Turkish‑speaking clients.
