We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Off‑Plan Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team and represent some of the most exciting new developments in the capital.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off‑plan residential and investment projects from leading UAE developers.
• Conduct client consultations, investment presentations, and project briefings.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and follow‑up to negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
• Stay updated on new launches, payment plans, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Attend project launches, developer events, and exhibitions as a company representative.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate, off‑plan sales, or investment advisory is preferred; motivated freshers will also be considered.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Professional appearance and a client‑focused approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
